ASCENTECH SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to deliver the products you purchase as fast as possible and in the most brilliant condition. Delivery is free for every purchase that is worth Rs. 800 or more. Orders worth Rs.800 or less cannot be placed at this time.

    1. If an order gets cancelled, undelivered or is lost in route to your preferred destination, we will refund the whole order amount comprising of shipping charges.
    2. In case you cancel a portion of your order, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
    3. In case you return the delivered order, the original charges of shipping won’t be refunded.
    4. If you decide to self-ship the returns, you’ll be reimbursed owing to our Returns Policy.

Can you tell us the shipping charges on ASCENTECH products?

For orders valued at Rs. 800 or more, ASCENTECH offers shipping for free, within India, on all products. 

  1. How long does it take for an order to reach us?

We strive to process all the orders and also ship within a day. The exact time of shipping is dependent on availability of some products; which will be discussed during the course of ordering the product. According to the shipping address that must be within India, after ordering, it could only take anywhere between 2 to 5 days for the order to be delivered. A rare case may dictate for the order to get delayed due to the non-accessibility of the address.

  1. Does ASCENTECH deliver any product outside India?

At this time, ASCENTECH does not deliver its products anywhere outside India. Although orders can be placed from anywhere in the world, the delivery can only be made in India.

  1. How would I get to know whether I live in a serviceable area or not?

If you wish to know about the serviceability of your region, you may talk to us at (1800-102-8787) and provide us with your pin code. For delivery outside of serviceable regions, extra delivery charges may apply*

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

  1. All requests for returns and order cancellation stands true against the below mentioned clauses.
    1. We believe in providing quality merchandise at fair price to our customers.
    2. Exchange / Returns will be made only against a valid receipt.
    3. Products sourced exclusively on confirmed customer order will not be returned / exchanged.
    4. Warranty/Guarantee will be governed by the terms & conditions of the manufacturer with a valid receipt.
    5. We issue only credit note(s) against the product(s) returned.
    6. In case of loss of credit note(s), no duplicate will be issued.
    7. Delivery charges and additional octroi charges (if any) are not refundable.
    8. Management reserves the right to amend terms & conditions without prior notice.
    9. All credit card transaction disputes have to be settled within 48 hours from the date of transaction.
    10. Warranty will be governed by the terms & conditions as mentioned on the Home Delivery challan.
    11. In the event of any dispute, the same shall be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
